Brereton Manor is independently operated and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with Northwest Lineman College unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

If you are approved for housing, the final rental agreement and any applicable written addenda will govern the landlord-tenant relationship.

In the event of a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a fully executed rental agreement, the applicable rental agreement will control with respect to the tenancy.

8. Payments

Any rent, security deposit, fees, or other amounts due will be communicated through the applicable rental agreement or authorized payment instructions.

Do not send payment information through website forms unless the website specifically provides an authorized payment method.
